4th of July!!!

We always stay home for the 4th of July, because of the drunks on the road! We just got Maddy some small fire works, nothing loud ( as she would say). Her favorite are the pops. She likes to throw a handful down all at once.

Not all would pop and to this day I am still scaring myself when I walk out there and step on one...LOL

Dad though it was cool to put it behind him and pretend to make a pop farting noise. It took a few seconds before she realized that it was not really him...LOL Once she caught on.....well you can see what happened next.

She could not wait for the sparklers, so dad of course let her burn some up. She was trying to weld with it, just like daddy does...LOL

I got these things thinking they would be fun,but they were pretty boring.


We had a crying fit over telling her to save some sparklers for night time. Once it got dark and she got to have some, she was pretty happy that we made her save some. There was no more welding , just running and waving the wand around.
