The Before and After

I know it's been a long wait for the before and after pics, but with a 4 year old and trying to keep a clean house doesn't leave a lot of time for a big project. I have to say that it feels good to be pretty much done in here. It started out a pretty bare room. These are pictures taken after we moved the office and spare bed out. Just a few left over things.

Here we go.....a lot of work on both my part and the hubby's. He was pretty amazing through all the small tedious projects. I can also tell you that it is almost imposable to find any monster truck decor. We had to do it all our selves. It was a lot of work, but well worth it!

The crib will have a beautiful hand made quilt....thanks to my mother. It is not quit done yet, but let me tell you, it is pretty awesome!!!

These cute cartoon monster trucks were printed and then I colored them. One of my favorite things in the whole room!

Maddy had to put her own touch to her baby brothers room. She handed down some of her animals......What an awesome big sister!!!

I couldn't help but take this mirror home from a garage sale....It was free!!! A little paint and I think it turned out pretty good.

This was our first monster truck project. Found these color pages on the actual monster truck web site. It took a long time to color these ones. There is a lot of detail that you can't see in these pictures.

My awesome hubby donated a bunch of RC tires to the baby's room. I think it adds just the right touch! And of course the monster trucks take the cake!!!
