Reptile Zoo!!!

By looking at this face you would think, ( what is she making that poor kid do ). You guessed it, I did make my poor little Maddy stand in front of this monster of a snake so I could take her picture. I must tell you that she was okay just going up and looking at it, but when she had to turn her back and take the picture, she started to freak. Just look at that snake, it would eat Maddy for a snack. SCARY!

When I got up close to take this picture, I swear this snake looked at me like it wanted to eat me. YUK....I just don't dig the snakes.

This guy was really cool, he was one of Maddy's favorites.

Daddy really liked this guy with his horns.

When we walked up to this tank, I thought oh what a cute little turtle. I then took another look after thinking is my mind playing tricks on me or does that turtle have 2 heads. Well you can see for yourself.

All I could think was squishy puffy cheeks....LOL

This guy followed me around pretty much his whole pen area. He is kinda cute!

While Maddy and daddy were checking out the room that I forbid to go in ( the spider room ) I was out checking out these cute guys. While doing so, the guy that was cleaning their cage asked if I wanted to touch one of the bigger ones??? WHAT ??? Touch one? Okay! By then Maddy and Daddy had make their way over to us and this crazy worker guy just walked into their stinky and I mean stinky pen and just grabbed one. I was a little nervous, but he seemed so sure of it and then he brought it out and said " okay she is calm enough to touch". So the next picture will say it all.

I couldn't believe Maddy was brave enough to touch her. I figured if she can do then momma has to too. I did and it feels really cool. The below picture is of one of my favorite ones. He has the coolest hands that open up and look like 2 hands. Plus his eyes move all the way around.

  1. Looks like a cool place. I think Jake should have made you stand with your back facing the spiders and took your picture.
