EASTER FUN!!!

Little Maddy getting ready to color eggs all by her self.

The stickers were a little difficult.

Turned out pretty good!

After she did her egg hunt in the living room, I noticed that the eggs she colored were missing from the fridge. She ran to her room and found them all hidden there.

Then she noticed her Easter basket, and that the Easter bunny had pooped on the floor. She tried the poo and found out that it was chocolate. (Just like the movie Hop)......The Easter bunny almost forgot to hide the eggs and put out the baskets.....The Easter bunny remembered at 1:30am when The Easter bunny got up to feed the little one...LOL Sorry again sister about scaring you half to death!!!

She was wondering what this was..........

A chicken that lays eggs just like hers in the back yard. Except her chickens don't lay bubble gum eggs...LOL....If they did we would be rich!!!

Easter egg hunt at my moms on Whidbey Island!

Inside her Easter basket, she found this awesome chocolate dinosaur egg.

Grandpa went out and got her hammer and a chisel to crack that baby open.

I failed to get a good picture of what came out, but they were cute little chocolate dinosaurs.....That of course was the coolest thing ever!!!

It turned out to be such a beautiful day, we had to go down to the beach and play for a while.

These pictures melt my heart.....The love of a Grandmother and her Grandson.

I had to take pictures of this beautiful view! My lens is not strong enough to get all the way to the cranes....maybe for Christmas next year!!! All in all, we had a wonderful day on the Island...Thanks mom!!! oh and Don!!!

Friendship Reunion!!!

About a year ago I got a message from a girl on FB, asking me if I was Brieann who she was friends with about 10 years ago. I instantly saw who this girl was and was instantly overwhelmed with joy. Heather and I met when we were about 16 and hit it off. We became very good friends. About 10 years ago she moved her and her little boy (a year at the time ) to Pennsylvania with her family. This last week Heather and her family came to Washington for a visit. It was so wonderful to hug my friend again and see her little boy Zayne, who is no longer a little boy. I also met her daughter ( who is a little princess ) and her very funny hubby! They stayed for most of the day, and it was like old times. I was very sad to see her and her family go back, but very happy to have the time we did. *****Heather, I miss you so much already and hope and pray that one day you and your family make it back here for good!!!***** Here are some pictures of our day together.
