Outside fun!

Last weekend while Maddy was at her Grandma Linda's house, Jake and I went shopping and he found this little car, called the Revo. This little car will do 50 mph, amazing I know. Last night we all went outside to watch Jake drive his car, and Maddy decided she was not going to be scared of it, so instead she thought she would chase it....Yeah right, daddy spent most of the time chasing her around the driveway.

She is trying to tell it to stay...stay....stay!
As you can see, daddy did not make it stay, more chasing went on.

Even after all the chasing and crashing into her, she is still a sweetheart and flips it over for daddy when he crashes.

What a stinker, just look at that big grin. To much fun chasing the child around.

Daddy's Birthday!

Look who I found perched on a stool just waiting to make daddy's birthday cake. From the moment she got out of bed, it was " momma, can we make the cake now". She was too excited!

Patiently waiting to stir everything together.

She pretty much did all the pouring of ingredients.....

and most of the stirring too.

Momma poured the cake mixture in the pan and of course baked it. I know what your thinking to, store bought confetti cake......well this is the hubby's favorite cake and it was at his request. He was so excited that I found the frosting that goes with it too. For the longest time I could not find the frosting, and he hates sprinkles on cakes, so when we went to the store and spotted it, he was pretty excited.

She did a great job putting all the candles on the cake too.

Only 24 candles, but I was to cheap to buy another box. Sorry honey!

She could hardly wait to start blowing out the candles. Sorry so dark, but I had to just take the pictures before the little one started blowing without singing.
I think she blew out most of them.

Then the hubby got to have his wonderful crab dinner, with King crab legs, garlic mashed potatoes, and yummy french bread. He was very nice and gave the wife a few bites of his crab, Maddy even tried it and liked it.

Waiting to go in the oven....YUM!

Grandma Love!

I know it's been a while since I have blogged anything, so now your going to have blog overload. These are some of my favorite pictures I took the other day at Tasha's house. I really don't know what my child is thinking about here, but she looks very serious.

These two are trouble, but look how sweet they are to Mark's baby sister Susanna.

Now that's a keeper!
I have know idea.....

Picture perfect!

Grandma in baby heaven.
She smiles so big at her Grandma!

She had a heck of a time blowing them out!

She had to have some help! Notice the smoke....
